ELAROS DEEPENS ITS COLLABORATION WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF OULU, FINLAND, THROUGH THE ROVER EU PROJECT

Dear Colleagues,

I am absolutely delighted to be able to travel out this weekend to the University of Oulu in northern Finland for the next two weeks under the Marie Skłodowska Curie Actions Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (RISE) project.

The visit will provide the University of Oulu and ELAROS time to explore and develop a strategic partnership agreement.

Whilst I am in Oulu, I will attend an international ETSI standardization meeting where other colleagues from our consortium, including colleagues from our university partners in Japan as well as colleagues from the Università degli Studi di Firenze and UBT Srl will be present.

I will also deliver my first lecture at the University of Oulu:

'The development and expansion of the digital health space: ELAROS, a case study.'

Finally, a special thanks to BusinessOulu, for arranging an intensive programme of meetings for me with Oulu health-tech and digital health companies that are keen to collaborate.

Looking forward to a really excellent two weeks of discussions and exploration.

Best wishes all

Professor Paul O’ Brien

ELAROS CEO and Mi-Trial Limited CEO
